Today, as usual, I wanted to pay at the stand via the app, unfortunately it happened to me that it did not read the qr code from the stand even repeatedly, I think it's a technical fault. So I went to pay at the cash desk, unfortunately the staff there didn't know how to transfer the payment to the cash desk, the lady was really unpleasant, saying I should wait until it works. Only after contacting the support line did she begin to resolve the situation.
